Nov. 27th, 2008 11:11 pmI AM DONE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. I think. And I managed to do most of it without having to go to a MALL. I love the internet. :p
Also, Amazon is hilariously faily. They have series 1 and 2 of Doctor Who bundled together for $178. They also have series 1 and 2 individually for $69 each. Fail, Amazon. EPIC FAIL.
Today's lesson at work was that Thursday mornings are NOT a good time to schedule deliveries of anything big. Thursday is waste day. They were delivering fumehoods. So not only was the delivery truck blocking the loading truck so we had to take the waste out to the street, they were also trying to maneuver said fumehoods through the same hallway that we were all bringing carts of hazardous waste through.
This also caused problems with the elevators, since the carts can't exactly go up stairs and neither can fumehoods. For the record, you can get four carts into the big elevator. :p
Oh, and Tess and I are trying to break Last.fm. It's fun. :p
