I am now OFFICIALLY banned from picking the music. Steve announced it during the group meeting today. Actually, it was the #2 running joke of the meeting (The first being Justin living in a shack because Steve has no depth perception and Justin tried to point out his house :p)
I expected to get banned from picking the music. Hell, I even expected it to happen within a week of me actually being IN the lab. I didn't expect it to be over "Don't Fear the Reaper" though. Steve doesn't like the cover version, apparently. :p The exact words of the ban were "Anyone who plays a lousy ripoff version of a Blue Oyster Cult song will be thrown out the window, MARGARET."
I got threatened with defenestration for a mainstream song because this version had plingies. :p
