Okay, sometimes computing services is useful. A ten minute response time? That's gotta be some sort of record. AND they bumped my quota all the way from 30 MB to 100 MB!

That's something... usually, we only move that fast when someone bribes us with baked goods or alcohol...

In all seriousness, let's not forget that they are on call in case something goes down. It's not as easy as it looks.

... OK, College is pretty slack. But it's seriously not as easy as it looks.
