Last night I got to be rather creeped out. There was this random knock at the front door, which creeped me out because we don't use the front door. I got to the door just in time to see a random car pull out of the driveway. I don't know who would be at my door with a car. Needless to say, I was rather nervous for the rest of the night. I kept jumping every time I heard something move in the backyard. Considering how WINDY Sackville is, and how it was worse than usual last night, I was a bit of a wreck all night.

Kate, when are you moving in? I'm loooooooooooooooooooooooooooonely! Ryan's gone for the summer and LIndsay and Bill are in Maine for the next two weeks.

I picked up Shoujo Beat today, very exciting. I got there like an hour after NIck and Gabby dropped off all the new comics. The new employee says that they'll be excited that one of the Shoujo Beat sold already. :p

Kate, Vicki suggested that the three of us split a subscription for the house and I think it's a good idea. :p

So far I've read Nana and Absolute Boyfriend, both of which I enjoyed. Riiko is certainly a different heroine than Alice. :p

Oh, that is creepy. But you said you're renting, so maybe it was someone looking for the previous tenant.

Friends of mine are leaving for Portcon tommorrow; I'm watching their cats. Incidentally, they're the same friends who were with SoundEffect when he took over your conventions modelling seminar. :P

That would actually make sense. Though how anyone who wanted to find the previous tenants wouldn't have heard that they all graduated is kinda strange.

Maybe they'll bump into Lindsay and Bill... Lindsay might remember the takeover. :p

EEE! You've read AB too! I wish they'd have put more of that in there and cut that stupid Nana story. It wasn't all that great. She ran around and cried for most of it. Not cool at all.

Kaze Hikaru and Godchild were interesting too. I had to read KH a few times though because all the names kind of jumbled together. Okita introduced everyone too fast.

I wanted to SLAP Nana, but that seemed to be the attitude of the rest of the cast. :p

Or it just means the writer KNOWS she's annoying and she's going to shape up. I will enjoy watching her shape up. :p

Providing she actually shapes up. Maybe she likes watching her readers struggle with the desire to smack Nana across the room, only to be frustrated by the fact that Nana is totally fictitious and therefore, unsmackable.
