It was despicable really, the way the Muggles went about things. He strode through the Muggle crowd escaping their notice, although most of them would have thought someone had suddenly, inexplicably walked over their graves.

They would not have been far from the truth.

Lord Voldemort was among them.

And he was doing far worse than simply walking over their graves. He was digging them. A wave of his wand here, another there. A virulent outbreak of flu in the middle of February. Not uncommon—it would not draw attention, even from the magical world, but it would do enough.

All hail the Manatee as up she's flying by, it's true she is the oddest ship that ever tried to fly (Good Ship Manatee, Leslie Fish)

“Wes, what is this?”

“Well, Wedge, it’s my new flying machine! She doesn’t fly all that high, but I’m working on it.”

A sigh. He’s almost getting used to this, now. That’s probably a bad sign.

“It flies,” Wedge concedes, “but it’s huge and lumpy. No one’s going to want to use it for anything.”

“She called the Manatee!” Wes exclaims proudly, “Based off those creatures on Chad. It’s actually two retrofitted TIEs stuck together – “

Wedge looks horrified, “You made this . . . thing out of the captured TIEs? I – there are no words.”

Wes smiles. Mission accomplished.
