yubsieShannon is here, it's great fun. I subjected her to Pretear. (All those who are surprised? :P) Once she saw episode eight, she was hooked. Her favorite is Hayate, because he's such a dork. :p
I giggled at Mannen going "Heh heh, you have Relena's voice". I love him to pieces, but that doesn't change THAT fact. :p
Now Shan is reading the manga, which she enjoys. Vast preference for manga!Kei, as can be expected.
I'm becoming more and more convinced about Kei/Sasame. It's somewhat unnerving. But if I'm imagining that subtext, I have a REALLY active imagination. :p
We think we have product in the lab. This is exciting. :p
I finished Wicked, which was really fantastic. I desperately want to see the musical, incidently.
I also read Vicki's volume 2 of Imadoki... which I shall send once I've finished reading W Juliet. :p I heart Imadoki. ^_^

I'd write it, but that's not among the five million plot bunnies I'm already dealing with... yet. :p
IT's really weird. Anime!Kei isn't very shippable because he doesn't interact with people very often. Or show much emotion. Or personality. Anime!Kei makes me sad. :p

Leftover shipping gets annoying when half the fandom takes it as canon despite the distinct lackage of any real basis for it. With Kei/Goh (mostly mangaverse :p) I see the potential for something to develop between them because of hte parent thing, but there's nothign CURRENTLY going on between them. (Except possibly the last scene of the manga :p) Anime!Kei makes me cry. Male characters should NOT be gangaro girls. :p

*giggle* Always a pleasure to put crazy ideas in people's heads. hehheh. SOMEWHERE I have a "We are not (currently) shagging" icon for those two. :p
I think the leftover shipping thing is mostly animeverse, because it's so neatly divided up. There's Hayate and Sasame (and their ladies, of course :p), the kids and then... the other two. :p
I've seen a fair bit of Goh/Mannen lately, but nothing I'd recommend. There was one with purple prose, Mannen's body stopped in the form of a child, him only being thirteen either way (both of which are REALLY sketchy in my book :p), Hayate and Kei randomly being an item and an explanation for Himeno's absence that sounds like Yayoi made it up. The other one had Mannen drunk (rather unrealisti drunkenness, too :p) and Goh TOTALLY taking advantage of him. :p
I think Goh/Mannen only really works in the mangaverse. There they have that REALLY weird "lovers quarrel" line. Animeverse, their relationship is a lot different. Goh is more motherly to Mannen than anything romantic. :p
Kei's booksmarts but sucking at people is what makes Kei/Goh an interesting ship. Goh's the exact opposite. In most respects he's, well, kinda stupid. :p But he really knows people well. They're so different, they make a really INTERESTING couple. It would be nice if people would ever approach them from that angle, really. :p
And use manga!Kei. Because it's too hard to ship anime!Kei with anyone. Except anime!Kei. :p

Including a comment about how sexy Sasame's glasses are. :p And there's a thing about Kei being "the one who changed the most". Anime!Kei and manga!Kei are glaring at each other and saying "Hmph". Manga!Kei says "At least I'm still dignified and intelligent." No one told him about what they did to his personality, apparently. :p
