All the other change is exciting, just... poorly timed. I can't help wondering if things would have been different with instant run-off voting like the Aussies had.
Though that wouldn't change the fact that 40% of the country needs to have their heads examined.
Take heart that 55% of the country still has their heads on straight.
Though it's not comforting that 1) this is going to mean the NDP and Liberals merge, and 2) the Conservatives are going to just solidify their advantage by banning political contributions from the government to parties.
