It bothers me that I hadn't heard of her before her death. I'm no folk expert, but it seems that she was still someone I should at least have known of. I love her voice. I may have to check out some more of her music.
Ah, this was an important part of my childhood. Oddly, over Christmas I found it on youtube and showed it to my family. My mom of course knew if from when I was little, but it had passed my sister and father by. Doubly glad I did that now.
