It's pretty normal for the Easter Vigil to try to make up for all the alleluias we didn't say during all of Lent in one Mass. Expected, really. This year totally takes the cake though. The missioning hymn was the ALLELUIA CHORUS. That's like a year's supply of alleluias right there. :p

Man, I so wanted to get to Easter Vigil, but even if I'd been able to leave the house, it's probably a bad idea to expose oneself to incense when one is trying to avoid worsening one's respiratory distress. >_

It really is. Our choir is pretty awesome. (And hardcore. They did both Good Friday services and were apparently back this morning for the 7:30 AM Mass. They threatened to sleep in the rectory. :p)
