So yay, I finally got around to getting that G1 license thing. I wound up having to write part of the test twice because I hadn't exactly memorized how long my license would be suspended for various infractions. I figured I'd just learn what the infractions were and not commit them. But now I have a piece of paper saying I'm allowed to drive as long as there's a licensed driver in the front seat with me. ANd in like four weeks I'll have the actual card and won't have to bring my passport to pick up packages at the post office. :p

Surprisingly, they're counting some of the time on my NB permit towards my G1 time. I'm, uh, not sure how MUCH of it they're counting, but they're counting some of it. :p

Also, next time I apply for a character in any sort of RP, remind me to pick someone CONSIDERABLY YOUNGER THAN BILL ADAMA. Frakking long character background. His list of crimes was great fun though. :p
