Of course adorkable is a word. Simon is my favorite adorkable personality on that list, but I am amazed you forgot Wash, Yubs. The moment I saw Wash's "We shall call it 'This Land'", "I think we should call it your grave!" routine, I knew that I could only feel love for Firefly.
Ten is only occasionally adorkable. I believe Timothy Latimer's descript of him (see: Family of Blood) was pretty apt, though a lot less on the wonderful sometimes.
