yubsieSo, after staying up until roughly 3 AM to finish my paper and presentation for my 8:30 class today, we ran out of time and I didn't end up having to present. Plus, Dr Grant had forgotten about me. :p I'm not sure whether I'm annoyed that I stayed up when I didn't have to or happy that I have time to fix some things up before Thursday. Mostly the latter, I think. My slides are really ugly and I obviously didn't have time to practice what I was going to say. All things considered, if I'd gone today on four hours of sleep, it probably would have been the worst presentation I'd ever done.
The presentations we DID get in today were pretty neat though. Sara talked about the origin of chirality in the biological world and how that relates to theories of the origin of life on Earth. JM did his on synthetic nanomuscles.
