Grr hatred Netgear, your tech support is SO not so much with the supportive. First I call up trying to get help and am informed that I have to register my product at their website. Nevermind that my problem is that I suddenly can't get on the internet because the router has spontaneously kicked. So I plug the modem directly into the computer, spend a good five minutes hunting through their horrible website to FIND the freaking place to register. Then Vicki calls tech support and is informed that only people who bought their product within the last three months are special enough to get phone tech support. HATRED. >:O

Today, we watched the Holiday Special. Yes. THAT Holiday Special. It was well and truly terrifying. How could ANYONE have thought that was a good idea? It was so scary it killed our router! (Seriously! It was working fine before and it wasn't after!)
