Did a fair bit of Organic studying today. I still feel like I'm drowning, but I did a fair bit of studying. I worked some problems. Sucks that I won't be able to pass them in to see if they were right or not, but at least it had me looking over synthesis stuff. Tomorrow he has help sessions every other hour, so I'll probably head in to campus and camp out in the Cragg in between.
While studying, I watched the second episode of Firefly, which was great fun. Still not a clear favorite character yet, but I'm enjoying it. After that, I watched the first episode of Dead Like Me, which was also great fun. I'm starting to think I'm slightly morbid though. :p Finally I watched a couple episodes of the Ewok cartoon. Which was cute and cheesy and EWOKS. :p
Right about then, Vicki got back from her karate grading, so we decorated our Christmas tree. Which involved rearranging the living room because we didn't have an extension cord for the lights. What? Why would we have an extension cord? Our tree is VERY geeky, and looks utterly awesome. It all started with deciding to put Yuto (from X) as the topper because he looked like a Christmas tree ornament in the first episode when he stood on the tree. THen Vicki decided she wanted to put ornaments of all her RPG characters. So I decided I was putting the Endless on it. Death and Despair SO don't belong on a Christmas tree. But it looks AWESOME. We got to trim the tree with attention to which characters were allowed to be near each other. Things like whether they HATE each other, and then things like no mopey characters being allowed near Dream. :p
The most HILARIOUS part of it all is that I almost couldn't find the Destruction ornament. He ran away!
We also watched A Muppet Christmas Carol. ANd noted that the Ghost of Christmas Present looks like Destruction. This gave us EVIL ideas that only crazy people get. :p
