I really, really, really thought that said "head" instead of "hand".

I was like "Dang! That IS a bad start to the morning!!" And I was mystified as to how you got it on your head while making tea, after reading the comments, until I finally -saw- the word 'hand' and said "hey, wait a sec..."

I couldn't see the water level, so I picked up the travel mug to check. Turns out the water level was "COMPLETELY AT THE TOP" :p
