I AM DONE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. I think. And I managed to do most of it without having to go to a MALL. I love the internet. :p

Also, Amazon is hilariously faily. They have series 1 and 2 of Doctor Who bundled together for $178. They also have series 1 and 2 individually for $69 each. Fail, Amazon. EPIC FAIL.

Today's lesson at work was that Thursday mornings are NOT a good time to schedule deliveries of anything big. Thursday is waste day. They were delivering fumehoods. So not only was the delivery truck blocking the loading truck so we had to take the waste out to the street, they were also trying to maneuver said fumehoods through the same hallway that we were all bringing carts of hazardous waste through.

This also caused problems with the elevators, since the carts can't exactly go up stairs and neither can fumehoods. For the record, you can get four carts into the big elevator. :p

Oh, and Tess and I are trying to break Last.fm. It's fun. :p

I was about to scream WHERE DID YOU GET THE WICKED JAPANESE CAST RECORDING and then I thought, where else? Now I need to go look. :P

Also, people scheduling things poorly is amusing to hear about, but probably somewhat less amusing to actually experience.

Amazon's maths just aren't good. I don't get how that's a sale. Unless they think clicking less adds value. I got some Dr.Who VHS tapes I should watch...... still need to get around to watching more of the new show though [I fail at watching everything on a regular basis, except Fringe and Law and Order, and animated stuff]

It's still better than getting them separately at a brick and mortar, but other than that... :p

I'm NEVER done this early. But I usually try to shop in malls. Clearly, not such a good idea. :p

The usual place of course. :p

You'd think they'd have figured it out considering we've been in a constant state of construction for over a year. :p
