I just had the same experience (re: packed church). They didn't even do a veneration (individuals coming up like for Communion. They did that after Mass) and the Mass still ran 1h45
Have spent the day listening to Jesucristo Superstar =P Brilliance. I especially love the bits that make me think fo the Doctor Who Theme =P
