This is Sylar, aka Gabriel Grey, the main villian of Heroes. He is awesome. He's nuttier than a fruitcake and has decided that he deserves to be the specialist special snowflake of them all and he's killing off all the other Supers by TKing the tops of their skulls off and eating their braaaaaaaaaaains. Therefore, he really only does want people for their minds. Currently he's in the middle of some South American country minus his powers and stuck in Claire's car with Mopey and Dopey, the Wonder Twins of boring plotlines.
But he's still awesome.

The most mocked line in the entire LotR trilogy. But this one has Boromir holding an electric guitar, so it's the funniest. And it really is a good little photoshopped picture.

Ah, Mo and Sylar, Sylar and Mo. I love 'em. At one point last season, Sylar brain sliced a guy named Zane. Zane really deserved it because he was much too stupid to live. Sylar then hid Zane's body and assumed his identity while Mo came to talk to him about powers. Thus began the Roadtrip of Fun and Decapitation with Mo leading Sylar to supers and Sylar stealing their powers. Mo figured out that "Zane" was actually Sylar, but not until he'd gotten a few people killed through sheer stupidty. That icon is only slightly exaggerating Mo's big reveal. It involved chai in the show. And spinal taps. And then a bunch of monologuing instead of Mohinder shooting him in the kneecaps.
Of course, an even bigger showdown is coming in this season when Sylar arrives in New York and finds out that Mo has gone domestic with someone else and they've got a kid.

Yeah, My Captain Pretear icon. Some AMAZING person made this and I thought it was just too funny and they were generous enough to let me have it. If only I could remember who it was...
Of course, now I'll find Captain Planet references because you can never have just one. They're like potato chips. I'll be seeing them everywhere all weekend. I might as well go ahead and get the theme song stuck in my head now.
Ten bucks bets that show will get made into a movie, by the way. They're on an eighties tv shows into movies kick, it's only a matter of time before Captain Planet's turn comes.
