See, he got abducted by aliens and something weird happens to male Sims when that happens, because they always come back pregnant. :p Hence Marigold being green. :p
Death by Flies is the rarest death to actually happen in the game. You basically have to let the house get so RIDICULOUSLY dirty that there are enough flies to swarm your Sim when he/she walks into the room. :P
I wasn't really sure what to do with Book, but this orphanage thing now makes him SO FUN. Especially with the added "Yep, Inara entertains clients downstairs and there are a pile of orphan kids upstairs." thing :p
