Me, Duo/Hilde
Ah, 2xH. My favourite Gundam Wing ship that no one writes about even though it's absolutely adorable. Word of advice: Don't be a Duo fan if 1x2 just doesn't do it for you. You can't find fic. :p Also, don't be a Gundam Wing fan if genfic is more your thing, but that's getting off topic. In conclusion, it's lonely shipping het in the GW fandom. :p
Me, Delirium
The text is from "The World Has Gone Insane", which I used on my Del soundtrack for the transformation from Delight to Delirium. It's the last line of the song "And it's wiser to be mad in a world that's gone insane." Used because I LOVE the art in Endless Nights and it's a sentiment that everyone feels occasionally. The occasion frequently being the end of semester. :p

Dude, it's Shin, he's adorable. That's most of the reason. Also, I love how the colouring turned out. But mostly it's just OMGSHINISSOCUTE! :p

Everything Tess ships ends up dying. I don't like it when she kills my ships. What other explanation is really needed? :p She needs to stop shipping Carrot/Angua RIGHT NOW.
Me, Logdriver
The Logdriver's Waltz is an animate short that used to air during the children's programming on CBC when I was little. I would get all excited and yell "Birling's on!" During exams in April, someone happened to mention it onfanficrants and it got stuck in my head. Tess and I refused to rest until we found an MP3 of it. We also tracked down the video on YouTube. This led to icons. :p
Me, OMEL Mark
To qualify for "Ow! My entire LIFE!" a character has to have bad things constantly happening to them, which as a rule aren't their fault. The character cannot die, as this would end their suffering. (Exception made for Nadia, as her MULTIPLE crummy childhoods make up for the dying thing. Also, her funeral was awful. :p) Mark is a textbook example of an OMEL character. :p
Me, Wash fun
Okay, I cheated a little because going every fifth was going to bring up a THIRD Shin icon, and all my Firefly ones were getting skipped. :p Wash is basically Wes Janson, end of story. I LOVE those dinosaurs oh so very much. Wash is so awesome. D*MN YOU TESS!

Clearly Rent lyrics belong on an icon of Li'l Destruction. That line from "La Vie Boheme" makes me think of Destruction's various artistic endeavours. :p
Also, still no Goblins. :p
