Why are we even HAVING this conversation?
Dec. 24th, 2006 02:51 pmMy father just asked me if I wanted lobster or pizza for supper. Really, what kind of question is THAT?
Also, what were my siblings THINKING voting for pizza?
(Apparently my brother voted pizza in hopes of my parents forgetting to have the lobster before Gwen and I go back to school. It's good to know he's in the Christmas spirit, isn't it? :p)
We're totally cheating the fourth Sunday of Advent. Not that I've been given much choice. There was no one available to drive to Holy Family last night, and I am NOT dealing with those crowds twice in one day. (Memo to the bishop: Immaculate Heart NEEDS more than one Mass. Last time I went there, they had Christmas size crowds. On a random Sunday. Needless to say, I am NOT looking forward to what tonight is going to be like for excessive people. If they had the auxillary seating out for a random Sunday in October, is there going to be ANY room to breathe tonight? They have to hit fire code regulations eventually, right? Right?)
But, umm, Merry Christmas to those who celebrate! Or happy whatever you do celebrate! Or general good wishes if you don't celebrate anything right now.
Ooh, just got a shiny e-card from
ravenclaw_devi! :D
