So not Patrick Stewart then. Darn.

Okay. He's barely older than I am. There's only one way I can see this working...

All his companions have to promise to NOT BLOODY FANCY HIM. I wanted an older, funny looking Doctor in the hopes that it would get AWAY from all of that. :p But if whatever companions they give him can promise to stick to companioning and not try to love interest it up, maybe this can work. They can fancy each other all they want, but no more fancying the Doctor no matter how young and pretty he is.

Of course, if the Doctor had been female this time around, it wouldn't help.
